Garden Atelier

a workshop, garden shed and roof terrace in one

Garden Atelier is a small extension of a house that is used as a workshop, a garden shed, a summer terrace and a place to sleep.

It is made of a simple wooden beam structure covered with plywood panels. The facade facing the garden is constructed of polycarbonate panels allowing filtered light to enter. Double doors open into the garden.

there is access to the roof of the atelier from the existing balcony and from the window to the living room, as no walkable area of the garden would disappear. This terrace provides the residents with a fantastic view and an extra hour of direct sunlight.
