Wolkie Talkie is one of the temporary artworks of the small art festival 'RoRo Buiten'. It is a surprising, cartoon-like box with a rectangular opening on one side, which is slowly morphing into the shape of a cloud.
Wolkie Talkie likes the interaction with the guests of Café de Bel and the (most of the time young) neighbourhood residents of Rotterdam. From out the small interior space the view through the clear, yellow slabs makes the world brighter and way more pleasant.
