BlingBling is a large, reflecting diamond that is suspended from the old harbour machines in front of the concrete, monumental Maassilo building in Rotterdam.
The shiny object creates an aesthetic contrast to its rough surroundings and symbolises the hidden beauty of Rotterdam South. As the diamond slowly rotates the reflected light creates a light show on the water, concrete and steel.
